Due to the custom nature of the cards, no refunds or exchanges will be given unless a printing error has occured.  All purchases and proof approvals are final.  If you experience an issue with your order, please email us within 2 business days and provide photos of the printed cards, internal packaging and the mailing package including shipping label.  Please do not discard any items, including the shipping box, until the issue is resolved.

We try to ensure that the color of the designs will print true to what you see in the listing, however, please keep in mind that all computer monitors are different and the printed color may vary slightly to what you see on your computer screen.
