* Proofs are available only upon request and will be sent within 1 business day, proofs will delay ship date. Once a proof email has been sent, it will automatically be sent to production within 2 days regardless of client approval.
* Design customization such as changes to the design or information can be requested for an additional fee, design modifications will delay the ship date and required approval before the order enters production. Please contact us for a quote.

If your product was damaged in shipping, you must contact us within 3 days of the item’s delivery with photos of the product and packaging. All packaging MUST be retained for potential inspection by the shipping carrier.
