– After your order is complete and payment is made, it goes directly into production. Our design team will message you to request photos for the banner and provide a banner proof within 2 Business Days. Due to the short turnaround time, we are unable to cancel orders once they are placed.

♥ What if my order arrives damaged?
-Uniquely You Collection will not be held responsible should damages caused by delivery services. If damage during shipping occurs, please message us immediately and send photos of the outside of the shipping box and packing materials, as well as the damaged product.
