✔️ Can wording or text be changed or added to the cards?
– The front sentence and family names can be customized to whatever you need. On the back of the card, the scripture verse section can also be modified. The Front title and most design elements can not be customized. You can easily personalize your holiday card using our DIY Online Editor or request our Designer Customization Service and we will handle all of the details for you.
✔️ Can the colors or design be changed?
– No, colors and design elements cannot be changed. If you would like to change the fonts, colors, design artwork, or have additional requests, please message us with your personalization requests and our design team will provide a quote.
✔️ What happens after I approve my design?
– After your design is approved either on the Online Editor or with our Design Team, your order immediately goes into print production and cannot be halted. It is your responsibility to proof each item carefully for any errors. Uniquely You Collection will not issue a refund after client approval for any error, however we will work with you to resolve the error and reprint the item at the customer’s expense.
✔️ What if my order arrives damaged?
– Uniquely You Collection will not be held responsible should damages caused by delivery services. If damage during shipping occurs, please message us immediately and send photos of the outside of the shipping box and packing materials, as well as the damaged product.
PLEASE NOTE: We try to ensure that the color of the designs will print true to what you see in the listing, however, please keep in mind that all computer monitors are different and the printed color may vary slightly to what you see on your computer screen. Uniquely You Collection will not issue a refund due to color discrepancies between digital previews and the printed product.
